Welcome to ODP!

Being an Editor:

My editor name is Zoran and I'm a volunteer Catmv/Editall Editor.As editor, I must be objective and impartial, even if the site is mine. The integretiy of ODP comes first and editors do not get special treatment, compensation, or considerations. So what do we get out of it? Just the satisfaction that we make a very small positive contribution to the web community. I do have some favorite sites that can be viewed here, it's the only place I don't have to be impartial.

Martial Arts:

I've been a Martial Artist since 1981, Kenpo Karate to be specific, and have been teaching since 1992. I'm a web designer and I design and host sites for the martial arts industry as well as locally. I've been editing the Martial Arts category since 2002. This has given me a very broad knowledge of the arts that has benefited my training and my abilities as an instructor immensely.

Helping Us Out:

We are always in need of Editors. I am personally looking for editors for the martial arts category If you have a strong interest in Martial Arts, interested in creating quality links to a specific style, and have no problems being objective and dropping all preconcieved notions and political biases, WE NEED YOU! My advise here is to read this page, and find a small category to start with. If you don't get accepted first time, try again. Of course if you are interested in other subjects, ODP is very diverse in subject matter. So by all means, choose one of those categories.

These are just some awards I personally received or projects I was involved with. I was nominated for others, but I don't list those.
